WEAR SOMETHING RED DAY
BLACK HISTORY MONTH – WEAR SOMETHING RED DAY, FRIDAY 21ST OCTOBER
Throughout this month of October our children have been involved in activities and learning as part of Black History Month.
Our School Values of Respect, Determination, Kindness and Honesty are everyday life at Plantation and these values are very much embedded in the ethos of Black History Month.
To mark our final school day before half term we would like all our children and staff to honour Black History Month with Wear Red Day ’22. While we will not be taking donations directly in school, we would encourage our parents and carers to visit the donations page found here and give what you can.
Thank you in advance for your support and I look forward to seeing all our children wearing something red this Friday (21st October).
