We hope that you find helpful information about our school.

Nothing beats seeing a school 'in action' so if you are thinking about joining us, we invite you to come and visit us - appointments can be made through the school office.

Our children are well behaved, hardworking and kind. When you walk through school, you will witness first hand how calm, purposeful and happy our learning environment is and how friendly our staff and pupils are.

Although we are a larger than average primary school, we pride ourself on our family ethos. We run as three smaller phases: Early Phase is Nursery, Reception and Year 1; Middle Phase is Year 2 and Year 3 and our Upper Phase is Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6. Senor staff are always accessible and visible, classroom staff are available on classroom or corridor entrances and exits every morning and at the end of school to greet children and speak to parents.

Staff and parents work hard together to make sure that our children are equipped with the skills, attitudes and knowledge they need to feel safe, happy and to be able to thrive academically whilst they are with us and also for secondary school and beyond. We call this 'Playing our Part Together.' 

We have many community links and opportunities for enrichment through our exciting curriculum, the visits and experiences we provide, visitors to school and through the growing range of clubs and activities we provide before school, during lunchtime or after school.

Our grounds are extensive and are currently being further improved. Being outside is important to us and our children tell us that they love to spend time on our trim trails, in our nature reserve, and in our gardens.

Children at school benefit from a beautiful well- equipped building with a music room; a dance studio; a wellbeing hub for each phase; lunchtime activity bases and lovely areas for children to work, play and relax in.
