Transition Day - Thursday 20th July

Tomorrow (Thursday 20th July), will be transition day when all the children get to spend the day with their teacher for next year. The children should arrive at the doors they will use in September and will be picked up by the doors they will leave by in September. The exception to this is current Nursery children who should arrive at Nursery as usual and will be picked up there as well.

Arrival - Those children who will be in Year 2 to Year 6 in September, should arrive and enter the school at the main side entrance (by Year 5 corridor where most children enter of a morning). Those children who will be Year 2 will be met in the main hall by their new teacher and taken to their new classrooms. The rest of the children will make their way to their new classes by themselves although staff will be available to guide.

Those children going to Year 1 in September should arrive at the door to the classroom. If you are unsure where this is, please follow the signs or ask a member of staff.

Current Year 6 should arrive as normal and report to the music hub (at the back of the hall).

Pick up - Year 2 to 6 - The children will be leaving via the doors they will use in September. These will be clearly marked and are generally at the end of the corridors the children are in. If unsure, please ask a member of staff or follow the signs.

Current Year 6 - These children will leave via the main office area. Please wait outside the office doors to pick them up.
