Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are excited that our Year 6 students for 2024/25 will be attending an outdoor activity trip to Robinwood at Maes y Nant, Wrexham from the 16th to the 18th of September 2024. This trip promises to be a fantastic opportunity for personal development, team building, and fun! Below is further information about the trip. Key Details:
Arrival Time: Monday, 16th September 2024 at 10:40 AM
Departure Time: Wednesday, 18th September 2024 at 1:30 PM
What to Bring:
Please see the PDF at the bottom of the page entitled ‘Suggested Clothing List’
Unfortunately, there is no shop at Maes y Nant and therefore no need for children to bring any money with them on the trip.
Prohibited Items:
Electronics such as mobile phones, tablets, or handheld games.
Valuables including jewellery or large amounts of money.
Any items not permitted by the school’s code of conduct.
Meals: All meals will be provided by Robinwood. If your child has specific dietary requirements, please ensure we are informed in advance so we can accommodate their needs.
Accommodation: The students will be staying in dormitory-style rooms, supervised by both Robinwood staff and our school staff. Boys and girls will be in separate dormitories. Please see the PDF at the bottom of the page entitled ‘Dormitory and Teacher Room Plan’
Supervision: Our staff will accompany the students throughout the trip, ensuring they are safe and supervised at all times. Robinwood’s experienced instructors will lead the activities.
