Dress for success in 2018!

School Uniform & Dress Code

First of all, we would like to take this opportunity to wish all our parents, guardians and children a Happy New Year!

At Plantation Primary we have an agreed standard of dress code for several reasons, one of which is to help promote a sense of pride and community in being a member of our school.

Full details about the dress code can be found on our school website as part of the Home School Agreement: http://www.plantationprimary.com/page/home-school-agreement/28870

It is the expectation that all children are sent into school wearing the correct uniform. Make up and jewellery are not permitted (except for stud earrings which the child must be able to remove independently for PE lessons and other physical activities). Children may wear a watch to school as this supports their learning, but again they must be able to remove it independently for PE and other physical activities. Should a child attend with make up or jewellery on they will be asked to remove it immediately.

Children’s footwear should be completely black without any other colour. The children should also not change into trainers for break or lunchtimes.

Details of how to obtain school uniform can be found at http://www.plantationprimary.com/page/order-school-uniform/16776

If you have any issues in supplying your children with uniform, please inform us.

Thank you for your support with this matter.
