Sports Relief 2018

What an incredible week we had last week! We took part in the 'Daley Challenge' which meant that we had to complete a different activity each day. However, there was a twist...Mr Sanders had filmed himself completing them too and we had to beat him! We did star jumps on Monday, speed bounce on Tuesday, tuck jumps on Wednesday, squats on Thursday and hopping on Friday. At the end of the week, Mr Sanders revealed which class in lower school and upper school had beaten him the most. Mrs Dundon's class were the lower school champions and Mr Houghton's class were the upper school champions. Each class received a special Sports Relief 2018 trophy and a certificate each. Well done to everyone for a fantastic effort all week!

We had asked children to raise sponsorship for taking part in the Daley Challenge, and anyone who raised £1 or more were entered into a special prize draw. We had nike footballs to give away and a special main prize of gift vouchers to Sports Direct. Well done to all of those children who were chosen out of the hat!
