Lee Whiteley and Lexi Groom

Upper 7 would like to say a huge thank you to Lee Whiteley and Lexi Groom for their visit on Friday.

We were very fortunate to have GB paralympian, Lee Whiteley spend the day at Plantation. Not only did we get to perform an exercise circuit with Lee, we also got the chance to ask him questions and listen to his inspiring story. I'm sure Lee has motivated us all to better ourselves and believe that we can achieve anything we want to.

We also had the pleasure of welcoming back, Lexi Groom. Lexi was encouraging us all to make the healthy choice when it comes to 'snacks' . Making fruit smoothies was a great suggestion by Lexi, so we all went back to class to design our own, they all sounded delicious!
